Hi

I don’t just practice the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine; I live it.

To me, the Five Elements aren’t diagnostic boxes or personality types. They’re a living, breathing language of nature, an interconnected way to listen to the body, mind, and life through the patterns and seasons of nature. My work invites you into a deeper relationship with your health and life, not as a problem to fix but as a path to awakening. This isn’t prescriptive medicine; it’s elemental guidance rooted in nature’s rhythm, your life story, and your connection to life itself.

I am a Five Element Practitioner in the Truest Sense

In ancient Chinese tradition, the Five Arts (五术) form the foundation of wisdom: Mountain (Shān), Medicine (Yī), Destiny (Mìng), Divination (Bǔ), and Form (Xiàng).

Each one is a doorway into the living language of nature, the Five Elements in motion.

I practice all five.

  • Shān (Qi Gong) – Inner cultivation, alchemy, and self-cultivation through Qigong, breath, and spirit practice.

  • Yī (Chinese Medicine) - Medicine that listens to the body as a landscape, offering acupuncture, herbs, and elemental nourishment. This is not Worsley 5 Element for you acupuncture folks.

  • Mìng (Astrology with the 5 Elements) – Destiny work through BaZi Astrology and cyclical life mapping, guided by Heaven’s timing and Earth’s rhythm.

  • Bǔ (IChing) – Divination as a form of communion, using oracles, symbolism, and intuition to read the moment.

  • Xiàng (Feng Shui)– Observation of pattern and form in people and place.

Each Art is steeped in the Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, not as abstract symbols but as living forces guiding our health, choices, and transformation.

Nature is talking

Nature is energy. And nature has principles to follow that we have forgotten in modern life. She is letting us know that our way of life is not working. For all of the data and modern technology, we have forgotten to “experience” the world.

The ancient Chinese Masters were astute observers of nature, which is how the Five Elements were born. They are the physiology of nature herself and are the true holistic map to life. My work takes you on a journey of understanding that map to improve your life in ways you do not yet know. The Five Elements is Mother Nature’s language and brings you into a deeper relationship with the world and within you.

Health goes beyond symptoms; it’s about the human experience. Work from where you are, using your story to find patterns and deeper connections within your health and life journey. My goal is to help you see yourself as a connected whole, find grace in the complexity of life, and view health as a nourishing, evolving process.

This publication uniquely blends holistic healing, nature connection, and personal introspection. It is ideal for anyone interested in a deep, intentional approach to health, well-being, and living elementally.

By the end of the year, you won’t just have a collection of tools, you’ll have an inner map. One that helps you navigate change, make aligned decisions, and return to balance when life pulls you off course.

I hope you will join me on this journey of reconnecting with Mother Nature and the nature of you.
